I am an artist who is passionate about storytelling. I am a professional Director Of Photography (DP) and Camera Operator, specializing in MōVI handheld stabilization gimbal technology and other innovative camera moving tools. I have worked on feature films with Oscar winning actors, major network television series, a-list musician music videos, and national commercials for Fortune 500 brands. I am a member of the International Cinematographers Guild IATSE Local 600 Union.
I am one of the first MōVI Operators in the world. I worked with the early prototype versions at Freefly Systems when the technology was first introduced and now use the most current systems on the market. As a FAA licensed UAV drone pilot, I have the training and experience to fly drones safely and legally. As a cinematographer passionate about using camera technology to tell compelling stories, I am constantly shooting footage on my drone in epic places all over the world. I have experience flying in cold environments, launching and landing from boats, tracking vehicles, and using drones in close proximity to talent.
I am a PADI Dive Master, SSI Certified Rebreather Diver and Advanced Freediver who is passionate about the ocean, wildlife, and exploring the natural world. I enjoy working on natural history projects as well as commercial and narrative projects underwater. I have experience with a variety of cinema cameras and underwater housings and have traveled all over the world using them.
